While we were waiting for this meeting between our Government Officials and Tajem, Noni rang me to say that this man that had married her, ( Sorry I hate saying her husband !!) had now taken my lady out of school, and was keeping her confined to his house in Malaka.
Noni was really really upset and very emotionally drained, however he had given her a cell phone, Noni told me that this would be the only call to me on this number because "He" would be checking every number that she called, but I was only to call her during certain times of the day when she knew he would be away from his home. Other wise she would simply turn off the phone.
This cell phone would become Nonis only life line, and would be used many times by me over the coming weeks. The number was 012 654 9549.
Noni told me again how much she hated this man, and hated him forcing himself on her, I promised Noni again that I would never ever give up on her. That I loved her forever, no matter what he did to her, I would always be here for her.
And guess what, after all these years I am still here !! But Noni told me that she was even banned to going to the local shop by herself, she told me that she now had no rights !!

In the mean time we were all waiting to find out what would happen in this meeting
