Noni had asked me if our government could help her "Escape" and so one of our government officials decided it was time for action, and had arranged a meeting with Tajem who was then, High Commissioner representing Malaysia in Wellington.
I was asked to put together a report, and this would be then submitted to His Excellency for help....
Finally after months of heart ache, worry, and really not knowing which direction to go, we all felt that help was around the corner.
We could not have been more wrong................................
